Microscopic, floating organisms, which can multiply if left untreated, are trapped in the air filters.

When germs and bacteria are exposed to germicidal wavelengths of UV light, they are no longer able to reproduce or infect.

Indicator light on the air purifier lights up red when it is time to replace the lamp.
